Task Planner
The task planner helps you organise your tasks in a structured way — with weekly planning, priorities, and progress tracking.
Creating tasks
Click New Task and enter a title. Optionally set a description, due date, and Eisenhower priority.
Week view
The week view shows your tasks in seven day columns (Monday to Sunday). Tasks are assigned to days based on their due date. Tasks without a date appear in the Unplanned section.
List view
The list view shows all tasks in a flat list. You can filter by status (Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled) and sort by due date, creation date, or priority.
Eisenhower Matrix
Prioritise your tasks with the Eisenhower Matrix:
- Urgent + Important — Do immediately
- Urgent — Quick win or delegate
- Important — Schedule for later
- Neither — Eliminate or defer
Task status
Each task has a status:
- Open — Not yet started
- In Progress — Actively working on it
- Completed — Finished
- Cancelled — No longer relevant
Week review
At the bottom of each week view you'll find the week review. It shows how many tasks you completed and lets you write personal notes about the week.
Tips
- Plan your week on Monday — assign tasks to weekdays.
- Use the Eisenhower Matrix to focus on what matters.
- Write a short week review on Sunday.
- Tasks without a date land in the 'Unplanned' section — don't forget to schedule them.
